By joining a Stay Ready Subscription Package or Membership, you agree to the following terms:
All Subscription Packages and Memberships run for 12 months from your membership start date.
Your membership will automatically end at the end of the 12-month period. No further payments will be taken by Stripe after month 12.
Your membership start date becomes your monthly payment date.
Payments must be made monthly by the agreed payment method. If a payment fails, you will need to make the outstanding payment by card or bank transfer before further treatments can be carried out.
Your membership is a 12-month payment plan and treatment allowance — not 12 months of unlimited or automatically free treatments.
Where your membership states, for example, “6 treatment appointments across 12 months,” this means you have up to 6 appointments in which to use your available treatment allowance. It does not mean that every appointment entitles you to any treatment of your choice regardless of its value.
Treatments can only be carried out where sufficient payments have been made to cover the applicable treatment value, unless otherwise agreed by Stay Ready.
Your available treatment allowance will be based on your membership/package and payments made.
Your treatment allowance must be used within the 12-month membership period.
Unused treatment allowance may be carried forward within the 12-month membership period, but cannot be carried beyond the membership end date unless agreed by Stay Ready.
Upgrades or additional treatments may be available following consultation.
Any additional cost or upgrade fee must be paid at the time of treatment by cash, bank transfer, credit card or debit card.
All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability.
If a chosen treatment is considered unsuitable, Stay Ready will discuss alternative treatment options with you.
Treatment substitutions may be available following a consultation and are subject to the applicable treatment value and availability.
A face-to-face consultation is required where appropriate.
All clients must complete the relevant medical questionnaire, consultation and consent forms before treatment.
Treatments will only be provided where Stay Ready considers the treatment appropriate and safe to perform.
At least 48 hours' notice is required if you are unable to attend an appointment.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the relevant appointment/treatment allowance being forfeited.
Memberships require one month's notice to cancel, subject to any statutory consumer cancellation rights that may apply.
Any outstanding monthly payments or treatment balance due at the cancellation date must be paid.
If you have received treatments with a total value greater than the amount you have paid into your membership, the outstanding balance becomes immediately payable and must be paid within 28 days of cancellation.
If a payment is missed, Stay Ready will attempt to contact you by email, WhatsApp or telephone to arrange payment.
Further treatments will be paused until outstanding payments are brought up to date.
If you decide to cancel before receiving any treatment, Stay Ready will process your request in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms and any statutory consumer rights.
Stay Ready also provides a 28-day refund period for payments made where no treatment has been received, subject to any applicable statutory rights and the agreed cancellation terms.
Your membership automatically ends after 12 months.
Any unused treatment allowance expires at the end of the membership period and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
